Pastor Jonathan has been involved in many different aspects of ministry from a very young age. He spent a majority of his childhood with his parents doing missions work internationally. Upon returning to the United States he has served as the youth pastor at a church in Newport News, VA as well as the lead pastor at a church in Marietta, OH before relocating to Northeast Ohio to plant The Bridge Church. Pastor Jonathan is an avid runner and all around Cleveland sports fan. He loves to travel and experience new adventures wherever they can be discovered. 

Pastor Jessica
Operations Director

Jessica was born and raised in Marietta, Ohio, where her Father and Mother pastored a church. She regularly runs marathons and believes that mind, body, and spirit balance, wholeness, and wellness can be found for every individual. She wears the colors of all of the Cleveland sports teams with pride, and is the #1 little league sports fan on the Westshore. She finds true fulfillment in helping others discover and become their best, most authentic selves. Her driving force in life is leading other to cross over to the destiny that God has for them. Jessica has served in various roles in the body of Christ and is a firm believer in being planted in, serving in, and flourishing in a local church. The greatest treasure in her life is her husband, who coincidentally gave her the 2 best gifts she's ever received, sons Reese (DOB: 5/2005) and Gentry (DOB 12/2007).

Jessica is also an employee of the Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) Women in Transition Program which provides grant funded information, support, and referrals to women seeking education, direction, empowerment, and help to move forward with their lives. 

John Rogers
Service Director

John serves as the Service Director at The Bridge Church. He is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of a Sunday worship service. Growing up in Michigan (don't hold it against him), he has served in various ministries and leadership roles. Soon after John met the love of his life, Kathleen Rogers, he moved to Cleveland and made northeast Ohio his home. 

John has worked for 15 years in the Information Technology industry, and currently serves as an executive at a local leading medical device company.

Dr. Kathy Rogers
Technology Director

-Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery; Kasturba Medical School, India 

Kathleen serves as the Technology Director at the Bridge Church. She works with the creative arts team and oversees social media, video production, and photography ministries. Kathy has a heart for women and works closely with the leadership of the Pursue Women's ministry. 

Kathy was born in India and raised in the Middle East for 16 years. She survived the Gulf War and brings a unique perspective and testimony. She currently serves Cleveland as a board certified Internal Medicine physician, with a specialization in Geriatric Medicine.

Melisa Feliciano
BridgeKidz/Babiez Team Lead

Melisa was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Melisa has served the church since she was twelve years old. Her service invludes working with children in the nursery, serving as a Sunday school teacher, and even directing the youth department of a growing church. Currently she serves as the team lead for Bridge Kidz and Babiez. Her passion for kids, coupled with her understanding that our children are the future drives her to provide a foundation that will help children crossover to their destiny. Melisa also hopes that being around kids will help to keep her young!

Melisa has been married for 32 years and has 1 son. Next to God, her family is the most important thing in her life. Being Self-employed allows her flexibility to serve her family and the church.

Melisa also has an herbal certification and enjoys learning and sharing knowledge about health and wellness.
